Everything is energy, we’ve all heard this before but it’s true. Everything has a frequency, a vibe. At the most simplistic level, it is tuning into someone’s vibe and interpreting the frequency of that vibe. We all do it every day. For example, that “gut feeling”, finishing other’s statements, knowing who is calling you right now or “feeling” the vibe in the room. Truly as simple as that. ​

Getting To Know You Better
Do you or someone you know have abilities? Then what do you do with them? I believe that we all have psychic abilities. I believe most of us would like to use them but it’s too scary to “go there.” Why else do we love our super heroes and magical stories? If you want to know what yours are then we’ll figure that out.
If you have abilities, we will chat about them and see how they work and don’t work for you. In this session, we will go there in a grounded but fun way.

Regular Session
This is the kind of session where you can ask any questions you like about anything. I have heard just about everything so there are no “weird” or “stupid” questions. Let me be clear, I will not read your future. You are the captain of your own ship, you’re the one who guides your destiny not I. I can only give you information in the present time and it is with that that you must make your own choices. No worries, I believe that things can change in a heartbeat and nothing is ever set in stone. “Dream big and live even larger”.

Personal Space Polishing
(Aka: your auric field/personal space) I will do a quick (aka: 20 minutes quick) clearing of your personal space by removing energetic debris from others or yourself.

Tool 1: Personal Boundaries
This is where you will learn how to sense energy, notice where your personal space bubble border is, how to sense where someone else’s space bubble border begins and how to adjust accordingly. You will also learn the who, what, where and why’s of losing your space. This especially helpful for empaths and those sensitive to energies of others.

Tool 2: Grounding and Golden Suns
Learning how to ground yourself is an essential tool for becoming present and letting go of everything that is not yours out of your space. When we release energy out of our space we need to replenish ourselves with our own energy. We will use the concept of the Gold Sun to call back your energy from wherever you have left it.

Tool 3: The Rose
The Rose is an ancient mystical symbol. I will not dispense my interpretation here but let you decide your own relationship with it. I use the Rose for a variety of reasons and in different ways. Roses are known to be the symbol of the purest kind of Love and because of that nature it is one of the greatest energy tools to have in your energy toolbox. In this session, you will find out how you can best use the Rose in your daily life.

Tool 4: Running Your Energy
Running your energy is an essential tool for deepening and strengthening your ability to be present with yourself and whatever it is you are dealing with. Being present with yourself gives you a transparent, honest clarity while resting in neutrality where your ego takes a back seat. With your ego out of the way, it is easier to read the situation and for you to experience a clearer expression of your truth and spirit. When you run your energy you open into yourself a deeper acknowledgement that you are a divine intersection between the heavens and mother earth.
